At The Fresh Air Group, we begin our work with a consultation phase. We will look at design flaws, proper air floor, water pathways, ductwork, ground elevation, water even and envelop protection. During the consultation phase we will also coordinate any design changes that we deem necessary. After the consultation phase, we will do IAQ (indoor air quality) contracting, but identifying contractors, coordinating the project and managing the execution. After the IAQ contracting phase, we begin remediation. We will remove the contaminates, identify the problem, make documentation and take photo's and begin to build back your school, restaurant, or medical facility.
